Hello, I'm Ailsa! I love all things food and travel. Want to learn how to create some new delicious dishes from across the globe? Join me for an online cooking class and you can cook along with me in your own kitchen!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Choose to either book on as an individual on a scheduled class or course or choose a private cooking class for friends or colleagues with my 'book for a group' option.

2. Receive an email with all of the information you need to know for before and during your online cooking class - ingredients list, equipment needed, Zoom link.

3. Enjoy the online cooking class!

4. Receive an email with the recipes you have made so that you can enjoy them again in the future.

Ailsa’s classes are superb! She’s very knowledgable about the regions and gives insightful explanations about ingredients we may not have used before. The classes are a great way to socialise with friends, meet new people, learn about a new cuisine and eat DELICIOUS meals!
