Service Description

Seeing our friends, relatives, colleagues can be a bit difficult right now - why not try something different and organise an online cooking class for a group?! ​ You can book for a group and spend a fun evening in with those you wish to spend time with (maximum 15 devices). ​ In your booking request form please let me know which class you are interested in trying out: ​SRI LANKAN CURRY FEAST (VG) Learn to make some Sri Lankan curry dishes: - Beetroot Curry - Devilled Paneer - Pol Sambol - Green Bean Mallum - Cinnamon Rice NEPAL: MAKING MOMOS** Learn to make Momos (Nepali Dumplings) from scratch: - Chicken Momos - Spinach & Cheese Momos - Spicy Tomato Achar - Yellow Sesame Sauce INDONESIAN LAKSA Learn to make the South Asian classic Laksa with some Indonesian extras:​ - Laksa - Red Sambal - Celebratory Marbled Eggs KOREAN KITCHEN* Learn to make some Korean Banchan dishes:​ - Korean Chicken Wings - Kimchi Coleslaw - Wasabi Salad - Sesame Broccoli - Short-grain Rice DELHI DINNER Learn to make some classics from the North of India: - Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) - Garlic and Coriander Naan Bread - Pilau Rice SUSHI NIGHT (V/VG) Learn to make three different types of Sushi roll: - Cucumber Miso Maki - California Rolls (Hosomaki) - Dragon Rolls IZAKAYA EVENING* Learn to make Japanese bar snack food: - Gyozas with Dipping Sauce - Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) - Chilli Salted Edamame HANOI STREET FOOD* Learn to make dishes from the streets of Hanoi, Vietnam: - Bun Cha (Pork Noodle Salad) - Summer Rolls - Satay and Nuoc Cham Dipping Sauces *please note - Korean Kitchen, Hanoi Street Food and Izakaya Evening will require you to source ingredients which you may not find in a typical supermarket.
