Join this cookery class for an evening of relaxed fun cooking dishes that would typically be served in a Japanese Izakaya - best eaten with beer! In this class we will be making: - Gyoza - Karaage (Japanese fried chicken) - Chilli Salted Edamame This event is BYOB so please feel free to bring along some drinks to enjoy throughout the class! We will sit down and enjoy the food we have prepared in the session. Suitability: This class is suitable for any level of cook. Dietaries: This class can be made suitable for vegetarians and vegans. If you would like to check about any other dietaries please email eatingwithailsa@gmail.com. You must state any dietaries at the time of booking so that the correct ingredients can be purchased for the class. Please note you will be working in pairs throughout this class - don't worry if you book on just yourself, we will make sure you have someone to work with! This class has a minimum number of 4 participants required in order to run - we will inform you in advance if we need to amend or cancel for this reason and you will be entitled to a full refund. All classes are taking place at the Cyrenians Flavour and Haver Cook School in Leith, 10% of all proceeds will also go to supporting the Cyrenians.
