Taiwan may be a small island but the flavours are BIG. For this class we will be recreating a famous street food snack - the ‘Taiwanese Hamburger’; a type of Bao Bun. In this Taiwanese cooking class you will learn to make: - Gua Bao (Pork Belly Bao Bun) - Smashed Cucumber Salad Vegetarian option: Mushroom Gau Bao
