HOW DO I BOOK?

Browse the classes and choose which one(s) you would like to book. At the bottom of each class page there is a 'Book Now' button which will take you to the payment page. 

DO I HAVE TO COOK?

Not if you don't want to! I would recommend that you will get the most out of the experience by cooking along at the same time but if you would prefer to just watch that is no problem at all.

WHAT ABOUT DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

This will depend what class you are booking onto:

Delhi Dinner

This class can easily be made vegetarian or gluten free - due to the large quantities of dairy product, this class cannot be made vegan.

Sushi Night

This class is already vegetarian and gluten free! It can also easily be made vegan.

Hanoi Street Food

This class is already suitable for gluten free! Can easily be made vegetarian or vegan.

Izakaya Evening

This class can be made suitable for vegetarian or vegan but unfortunately will not be suitable for gluten free.

Sri Lankan Curry Feast

This class is already vegetarian and gluten free! It can easily be made vegan.

Indonesian Laksa

This class is already suitable for gluten free! Can easily be made vegetarian or vegan.

Korean Kitchen

This class can easily be made vegetarian, vegan or gluten free.

Spanish Tapas

This class can easily be made vegetarian or gluten free.

Lebanese Street Food

This class is already gluten free and can easily be made vegetarian or vegan.

Book for a Group - the programmes for these can be amended to suit dietary requirements, just let me know when you are booking or send me an email to check: eatingwithailsa@gmail.com

The scheduled classes will be taught as they are described but substitutes will be suggested in advance of the class - if you have a dietary requirement and would like to take part in one of these classes, just let me know on the booking form!

HOW LONG IS A CLASS?

Classes will be approximately 2 hours long, although this may vary slightly! If you are booking for a group and would like a shorter or longer class - just let me know in your booking request form!

 WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS / EQUIPMENT?

If you can't find some of the ingredients or equipment on your list - don't worry! Send me an email on eatingwithailsa@gmail.com explaining what you cannot find and I will gladly suggest some alternatives.

I'M NOT A CONFIDENT COOK - WILL YOUR CLASSES BE SUITABLE FOR ME?

Yes! There will be plenty of time in class to ask questions and receive feedback throughout. If you are unsure you could organise to book for a group with friends and follow a less packed schedule.

THE CLASS I WANT TO BOOK ONTO IS FULLY BOOKED - WHAT DO I DO?

Keep checking back! I hope to be announcing more classes very soon.

You also could organise to take part in any of the classes on offer with your friends by booking for a group!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel a class up to 48 hours before it begins - just send me an email on eatingwithailsa@gmail.com.
