During this extended masterclass, you’ll cook Cullen Skink, create haggis bon bons with a whisky cream sauce, and bake traditional Scottish shortbread. You’ll also enjoy a curated Scottish cheese tasting, before sitting down together to enjoy everything you’ve prepared.

Private Booking Only:
This masterclass is available exclusively as a private booking and is not run as a shared group experience. The session will last between 4 and 5 hours.
BYOB:
This class is BYOB - you’re welcome to bring along drinks to enjoy during the session. We’ll sit down together at the end to enjoy the food we’ve prepared.

Suitable for all levels of cooking experience.
Dietary Requirements:
Vegetarian options are available, including vegetarian haggis. If you have other dietary requirements, please email eatingwithailsa@gmail.com before booking. All dietary requirements must be stated at the time of booking so the correct ingredients can be purchased.
Working Style:
You’ll work together as a private group, with plenty of hands-on involvement and guidance throughout.

Private bookings are available for minimum 2 guests, maximum 22.

This is a private masterclass for your group only.

Your booking includes the full private cooking experience, all ingredients, the multi-dish meal, and the Scottish cheese tasting.
Location & Community Support:
All classes take place at Cyrenians Flavour and Haver Cook School in Leith.
10% of all proceeds go towards supporting the work of the Cyrenians.
