Meera is my absolute staple for all things Indian but with this recipe book she explores dishes from further East, taking in Asia as a whole. Not only does she have fantastic recipes for many of the absolute classics from each region but they are all vegetarian or vegan. Her recipes are always easy to follow and she never overcomplicates anything.
